Dorothy Gale (Paulie Rojas), a successful children's book author, moves to New York City when a new agent Billie Westbrook (Eliza Swenson) enters the scene. In the midst of a major business deal with a popular Hollywood actress Ilsa Lang (Sasha Jackson), Dorothy discovers that her books are not based on her own imagination, but on repressed childhood memories. While Dorothy struggles with this revelation, she is forced to confront the Wicked Witch of the West and her allies Princess Langwidere (Mia Sara), the Muckadoos Frick and Frack (Sean Astin and Ethan Embry), and the Nome King (Al Snow) who have descended upon the Big Apple to settle an old score. With the help of her friends Allen (Ari Zagaris), Bryan (Barry Ratcliffe), Nick (Billy Boyd), and the Wizard of Oz himself (Christopher Lloyd), Dorothy bravely attempts to stop the Wicked Witch of the West's nefarious plans to take over both worlds.
